Richard Yan, Chairman & CEOExpanding The Mold: The Evolution Of Yizumi
YIZUMI’s initial foray into the world of manufacturing was through plastic injection molding solutions. With more than two decades of development, the company enriches its product lines involved die casting, rubber injection, thixomolding, robotic automation and 3D printing.

Currently, YIZUMI has more than 4000 employees. The company has always been at the forefront of the industry. There are over 150 overseas service networks, covering more than 70 countries and regions. This can guarantee faster and more convenient service.
YIZUMI’s market share and financial performance have been robust. In 2023, YIZUMI’s operating revenue was 4.096 billion CNY, an 11.30% increase from the previous year. The R&D investment exceeded 200 million CNY, resulting in over four hundred patents.
Beyond Manufacturing: Turnkey Solutions
YIZUMI transcends the role of a mere manufacturer by providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for molding equipment. The company emphasizes open knowledge-sharing, innovation, and advanced technology, evidenced by the establishment of a Global Innovation Center in 2022 and strategic industrial partnerships.
YIZUMI’s solutions are designed to meet the unique needs of global markets, offering cost-effective alternatives to more expensive machinery. The company’s focus on quality and innovation has led to its machines being chosen over competitors, highlighting YIZUMI’s commitment to providing value to its customers.
Through dedicated research and development (R&D) centers worldwide, YIZUMI’s machines are equipped for online connectivity and integration with ERP systems, enhancing their efficiency and productivity and producing approximately 1500 machines monthly. The company’s solutions include remote programming modifications, real-time monitoring, and seamless integration of machines into IoT systems for remote troubleshooting and process optimization.
The rubber injection machines (RIMs) incorporate six core technologies: intelligent manufacturing, energy and temperature management, equipment control and management software, injection technology, clamping technology, and industry application technology. This combination results in modular, green, and intelligent solutions.
The RIM’s technology features rubber-specific plasticizing units, ensuring optimal performance while avoiding common issues like air trapping. The machine’s clamping force is controlled in multiple stages, which improves the precision of the process. Its machineries also showcase intelligent auto control and management technology, leveraging the Yi+ Intelligent Manufacturing Platform and IoT technology for production monitoring and management. The company’s modular design enhances equipment reliability and flexibility in production, allowing easy maintenance and customization. Due to low-load design and energy-saving systems, its machines reduce energy consumption by up to 50 per cent, contributing to green and low-carbon development.

In May, YIZUMI officially launched new rubber injection machines—the A3 series, described as “Upgrade. Intelligent. Efficient.” The A3 series strongly emphasises intelligent manufacturing, integrating various advanced technologies and features to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and operational intelligence. It embodies the principles of the A3 series with a focus on being flexible, simple, energy-saving, and safe.
